The price is pretty high for a small apartment. The room is very small and not insulated at all: we can hear a lot of noise from the street and the room is very cold (no appropriate heating system). The kitchen is also very small for more than 8 people living in this apartment. The owner is not very responsive either: curtains were missing in my room and I had to wait more than 2 months to get some.
